Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order once received & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Policy
A tracking number will be issued via email upon fulfillment of your order, meaning that USPS is in possession of your package.
Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen packages.
If your package says Delivered but you don't have it - Call USPS and open a claim.
